    They can reimburse you whatever amount they want, if they want to. However, since you use your vehicle for work (other than driving to and from) be sure to document all your mileage, save all your gas receipts, loan/lease payments, insurance payments, registration, and any other maintenance and you can use it as a write-off for taxes.
